In stock items will ship in 2-3 business days after purchase. Made to order / custom items will ship within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified.​

RETURN POLICY

​

In stock, ready to ship items are available for exchange only. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. To start the exchange process, email angelica@angelicacammarota.com. Made to order and custom pieces are not available for cancelation, return, or exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY

​

Shipping is available in the United States of America. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders are shipped via FedEx, fully insured. Signature is required upon delivery.

*PLEASE NOTE: Once shipped, the item is no longer in the control of Angelica Cammarota. Angelica is not responsible for loss or other issues caused by the postal service. Missing / damaged items need to be resolved by opening a claim with FedEx.

CUSTOM POLICY

​

Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin, the remainder is due upon completion. Custom orders are not available for cancelation, return, or exchange. 

​

Appointments in person or over zoom may be required periodically throughout the custom process.

​

SALES TAX

​

All orders shipped within New York State are subject to sales tax. If sales tax is required, it will be calculated at checkout.

REPAIRS

​

Please contact Angelica for an assessment and quote for the repair needed. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways.
